- All Equipment is the property of Global.
- The loan of Equipment is entirely at the discretion of Global.
- Only currently employed or contracted staff of Global may borrow Equipment.
- The Borrower is responsible for the Equipment during the Loan period. The Borrower shall take all reasonable steps to adequately secure the Equipment when not in use or under personal control.
- Under no circumstances should Equipment be left in an unattended vehicle.
- It is the responsibility of the Borrower to ensure all proper Health and Safety procedures are followed at all times when operating any Equipment.
- Equipment must be returned in the same condition as it was borrowed. Rooms should also be returned in the same condition. It is the Borrower’s responsibility to check all Equipment during the check-out and check-in process with helpdesk or engineering staff and to ensure that Equipment is kept safe preventing any damage during the Loan period.
- Audio-Visual equipment is loaned for work that relates to your role or departments projects and for no other purpose.
- Equipment must be used only in safe environments appropriate for the design, purpose and construction of the Equipment.
- Theft, loss or damage to the equipment must be reported immediately to the team you collected the kit from. If any equipment is stolen, a crime reference number from the Police station must be obtained and provided promptly.
- We will contact your line manager and may ask you and/or your department to contribute if a piece of equipment left in your possession was returned damaged or wasn’t returned in a reasonable amount of time without warning. In line with our technology guide

As a user of this system registered or otherwise you agree that if for any reason you are unable to use smarthub for the intended purpose then you will contact your store via telephone, email or in person to resolve the problem. Siso Software Limited are not responsible or liable in any way for any errors, damages or any other loss caused by your usage of this system. For the avoidance of doubt this includes any loss howsoever suffered including negligence or fraud except where such negligence causes death or personal injury.
